Do you have an office in New York?
+
Our US office is in Gainesville, Florida, established in 2021 — the same Eastern Time zone as New York, but not a New York address. We work NYC hours and travel to the city for kickoff and major reviews. Engineering is delivered from our headquarters in Lahore under US-based accountability. We would rather say that plainly than list a Manhattan mailbox.
How much does software development cost in New York?
+
A senior developer hired in New York is a six-figure base salary before payroll taxes, benefits, recruiter fees and equipment. Our senior engineers are a flat monthly rate per engineer, with a 10% reduction across the team at four engineers or more and a dedicated project manager included at that size. No recruitment fee, and two weeks' notice to scale either direction.
Have you built financial software at scale?
+
Yes. We rebuilt the backend of a commercial lending platform from Java to C# with a CQRS architecture, migrated its money-movement systems, and delivered more than 61 financial reports. Twelve of our engineers are embedded on it full time, and it serves lenders working with roughly a quarter of the Fortune 100. We also engineered for Tweeq, acquired by Tabby in a $1.5B deal.
How quickly can a team start?
+
One call to scope the problem, a written proposal within 48 hours, and engineers matched to your stack and domain within about a week. You interview them before anyone starts.
Who owns the code?
+
You do, from the first commit. Everything is delivered documented and tested, in your repositories, so your own team can pick it up whenever you want to bring it in-house.
What happens if an engineer is not the right fit?
+
We replace them within two weeks. You interviewed them, so it is rare, but the commitment stands and there is no charge for the switch.
