  • All 23 GoF design patterns — creational, structural, behavioural
  • Anti-pattern identification and mandatory elimination
  • Clean Code (Martin) · Refactoring (Fowler) · Art of Readable Code
  • Peer review board — design defended live to seniors

Month Three

Production-Ready
Engineering

  • Database normalisation, indexing strategies, query optimisation
  • OWASP Top 10 — implemented, not just understood
  • JWT, CORS, CSP, rate limiting, bcrypt, Argon2
  • TDD/BDD, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, 90%+ test coverage
